Return Policy

At BdShopping, we want every order to reach you in the right condition. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return Window

Return requests should be made within 3 days of receiving the product. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please notify us immediately after delivery.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, invoice, packaging, accessories, and freebies must be returned.
  • Please keep an unboxing photo or video where possible, especially for damaged or missing-item claims.
  • Products damaged due to customer use, washing, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, personal care items, cosmetics, used products, custom items, and clearance/final sale items may not be returnable unless the delivered product is wrong or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number, phone number, and issue details.
  2. Share clear photos or video proof if the product is damaged, wrong, or incomplete.
  3. After approval, send the product back through the courier method suggested by our team.
  4. After inspection, we will arrange exchange, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Courier Charge

If the return is due to our mistake, wrong product, or damaged product, we will assist with return handling. If the customer changes mind or provides an incorrect address/phone number, courier or redelivery charges may apply.
